Breach

You also hereby acknowledge that your breach of these Terms of Use may result in immediate and irreparable harm to ANS, for which there will be no adequate remedy at law, and that ANS shall be entitled to equitable relief to compel you to cease and desist all unauthorized use, evaluation and/or disclosure of information obtained through the Site. Your breach of these Terms of Use may also entitle ANS to bring an action against you for any and all other remedies available at law or in equity.

No Waiver; Servability

A waiver of any breach of any provision of these Terms of Use shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any repetition of such breach or in any manner affect any other terms of conditions of these Terms of Use. Should any provisions of these Terms of Use be found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall still be in effect.

Applicable Laws

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and of the laws of Canada applicable therein, and any dispute is to be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in the judicial district of Toronto, Province of Ontario. If any provision of the present Terms of Use shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then such provision shall be severable from these Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from www.ansperformance.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping/handling. The item must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit. Please email info@ansperformance.com for return address information and assistance with your return. Please allow for up to 30 days for your return to be processed.
