Directions For FORTITUDE:Mix 1 scoop (5.3g) of FORTITUDE powder in 250mL (8oz) water. Consume once daily, 30-45 minutes before workout on training days, or with breakfast on non-training days. Combine with a proper diet and training regimen for best results. Do not exceed recommended dosage per day.
